Enter the 17 digit VIN of the vehicle. If the vehicle is older than 1982 or a military vehicle, it may have a shorter VIN.

Proof of Ownership *
Select the proof of ownership that you have for the vehicle.
Is the Title in Your Name? *
If the title is in your name, choose YES. If the title is signed over to you, select NO. If the title is signed by someone else as the buyer, select OTHER. If you only have a bill of sale, select BILL OF SALE.
Are You Financing? *
If you are making payments on the vehicle, choose yes.
Enter the lien holders name and address.
IF YOU ARE FINANCING, enter the account number of your lien holder.
If the title is not yet registered in your name, the DMV will charge 4% for sales tax based on your purchase price. We will include instructions to include a check or money order for the taxes on the vehicle.
Did You Already Pay Sales Tax? *
If you have already paid sales to the DMV or dealership, select yes,. Otherwise, select no.
Enter the amount of sales tax you already paid either to the DMV or dealer at time of purchase. If it is less then 4% of the purchase price, there may be additional tax due.
