Need to add, remove, or change members of your Montana LLC? We’ve got you covered. We will handle the filing of the change with the state of Montana, then send you updated articles of organization to reflect this change in just 1-2 business days.
If you are selling or have bought an LLC with/without vehicles, select “Change owner of LLC”. We will need proof of the LLC being transferred/sold in the form of a bill of sale, or simply by having the current LLC owner notify us that they sold the LLC. If there was a previous LLC renewal subscription, we will cancel it after receiving your order. The new LLC owner will be responsible for renewing the LLC HERE.
