RETURN POLICY: PARTS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) Days of the purchase date. All returned items must be a new and unused condition, with all original tags and the labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email Customer Service at info@dirtlegal.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include the Item and Order numbers, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • ECU tunes

  • Services (including Street Legal Conversions)

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $250.00.

REFUND POLICY: SERVICES

If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

FULL REFUNDS

If you have purchased a conversion service from us, you can request a full refund for any reason within 24 hours of placing your order.

If we fail to obtain a street legal conversion for your vehicle, and if the vehicle has no liens and has not been reported stolen, we will promptly issue you a FULL REFUND.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Since we begin working immediately, all refund requests submitted over 24 hours after the order was placed will be subject to a $50 service fee.

If services have already been performed or received prior to your refund request, your case will be reviewed and a refund amount will be determined.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

Once your order is placed, you will have 60 days to send us your paperwork in the envelope that we provide to you. If you do not send your paperwork to us within 60 days, you can still cancel your order but you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

You can cancel a conversion service at any time before sending us your vehicle’s documents (such as your title or MSO). Once we receive your documents, they will be processed through the DMV immediately and we will no longer be able to refund or cancel your order.

OVERDUE ORDERS

If you do not send your paperwork to us within 60 days, your order will be considered overdue. In addition to being ineligible for refund, your order may be subject to additional charges if the DMV changes their requirements or process while your order is overdue. We may contact you periodically as a reminder of this. If you need more time, please contact us at the customer service number below.

EXCEPTIONS

We are unable to honor refund requests:

  • if you do not send us your paperwork within 60 days

  • if you have received any vehicle documents (including Tag, Registration, and/or Title)

  • if your service has been completed
